Recruited to develop, direct and accomplish all marketing objectives that included brand research, alignment, community involvement, trade show, industry events and strategy spend. Led internal international marketing team, external partners & agencies, and consultants. Eight direct reports. Assisted migration of marketing function offshore.

• Increased visibility in search engines. In developing a plan of overhaul the current digital platforms; Utilized competitor analysis and keyword comparisons, and leveraged site analytics and digital optimization tools.
